Romantic comedies are adorable and everything but maybe we’re taking them a little too seriously?
When Erica Domesek stepped off a plane last week, she decided that she had just met her future husband but she had a problem: she didn’t know his number or his twitter handle … or his last name.
That’s when she decided to reach out to American Airlines with her story:
Dear @AmericanAir: just got off my flight with my future husband, but didn’t catch his full name. Wanna be match maker #flight1037

To which the airline appropriately responded to by saying that they would not be able to provide Domesek any information about passengers but then our Cinderella started quoting Notting Hill:
@AmericanAir what happened 2 romance? I’m just a girl, standin in front of the world, asking an airline to help her (2 quote Nottingham Hill)

The airline retweeted her description of the man and he was eventually found.
HOW YOU ASK?
Apparently Domesek and her man had a mutual friend (because that’s very likely in a city of only 8.3 million people) who recognized a picture of him on her Samsung Galaxy Gear watch.

THAT’s not weirdly specific. Call us bitter but we just hope it’s not one of these again:
