A teenager in the States is claiming to be nine months pregnant with a child she says is baby Jesus.
Haley, who is 19, believes that she is carrying baby Jesus because she has a bump and can feel him kicking. Even though she has failed numerous pregnancy tests she still insists that she is carrying the baby.
She has also been refused a blood drawn pregnancy test.
The story has attracted attention after she appeared on The Dr Phil Show where she tried to get help. Her mother and sister joined her on the show and said that she is a compulsive liar who has made false statements in the past. Some of which were about Eminem being her father and how she was a contestant on American Idol.
Haley said that she’s tired of the games and says that she doesn’t care if her family disown her over her claims. She said:
“I was sleeping one night and my baby punched the bottom of my stomach and kicked me, and I can feel his head right here, right below my belly button.
“I don’t care if my family disowns me. It really comes down to if you’re a true believer in Jesus or not…
“I don’t care what the home pregnancy test or a doctor says, when I give birth to my baby, no one is going to deny him because he’s my saviour.”
